Order Form(s) definition

Order Form(s) means a request for Service describing the type and quantity of Services required by Customer and submitted and accepted by the Parties in accordance with Section 2(A) (Ordering Services). The Order Form may be presented and executed via the Administrative Portal.
Order Form(s) means the form(s), no matter the title, evidencing the Initial Subscription Term for subscription for the Service and any subsequent order forms submitted online or in written form, specifying, among other things, the number of subscriptions and other services contracted for, the applicable fees, the billing period, and other charges as agreed to between the parties. Each such Order Form is incorporated into and is made a part of this Agreement (in the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of any such Order Form, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail).
Order Form(s) means the form the customer has submitted for the delivery of service.

Examples of Order Form(s) in a sentence

  • The parties agree that any term or condition stated in a Customer purchase order or in any other Customer order documentation (excluding Order Forms) is void.

  • Customer shall have no claims under this Clause 8 “Warranty” if a Defect was caused by the Services not being used by Customer in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Documentation and the applicable Order Forms.

  • Confidential Information of Customer includes Customer Data; Confidential Information of SFDC includes the Services and Content, and the terms and conditions of this Agreement and all Order Forms (including pricing).

  • Neither party may assign any of its rights or obligations hereunder, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without the other party’s prior written consent (not to be unreasonably withheld); provided, however, either party may assign this Agreement in its entirety (including all Order Forms), without the other party’s consent to its Affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets.

  • Services and Content are subject to usage limits specified in Order Forms and Documentation.


More Definitions of Order Form(s)

Order Form(s) means an ordering document or online order entered into between GNOSIS and Customer specifying, among other things, the Services to be rendered, billing procedure to be provided, and other terms as agreed to between the Parties, including any addenda or supplements thereto.
Order Form(s) means the document (substantially in the form of ATTACHMENT 1) by which End User orders Program Licenses and related services and which is executed by the parties. Each Order Form shall reference the Effective Date of this Agreement and shall, upon signature by both parties, be deemed to have been incorporated into this Agreement.
Order Form(s) means Licensor’s quote, invoice or proposal evidencing a subscription for the Services specifying the Services and the applicable Service Fees, each such Order Form is incorporated herein by reference (in the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of any such Order Form, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail).
Order Form(s) means the document(s) by which Client orders Hosted Program subscriptions and Services, and which are agreed to by the Parties.
Order Form(s) means the ordering document executed by the Parties that specifies the Services, including any Schedules attached thereto. “Party /Parties” each of Docebo and the Customer are sometimes referred to herein, individually and collectively.
Order Form(s) means the documents for placing orders hereunder that are entered into between You and Us or any of our respective Affiliates from time to time, including addenda and supplements thereto. By entering into an Order Form hereunder, an Affiliate agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement as if it were an original party hereto. Order Forms shall be deemed incorporated herein by reference.
Order Form(s) mean the document(s) by which the Customer orders the Hardware or Software and any related services, as applicable, and which are executed by the parties, including any terms and conditions attached thereto or referenced therein.
