Notice of Unavailability. In the event there will be more than thirty (30) minutes down time of any SaaS or Hosted Service components for any reason, including but not limited to, Scheduled SaaS Maintenance or emergency maintenance, Contractor shall provide notice to users by posting a web page that indicates that the site is temporarily unavailable and to please come back later. Contractor shall also provide advanced e-mail notice to XXXX@xxxxx.xxx which will include at least a brief description of the reason for the down time and an estimate of the time when City can expect the site to be up and available.
Notice of Unavailability. 13. During each calendar year, upon written approval by the EMS Operations Chief, an Employee may, without incurring any penalty, make himself/herself unavailable for work for one period consisting of no more than four (4) consecutive weeks.

If Contractor or County determines that a Qualified Beneficiary who requests continuation coverage or an extension of continuation coverage is not eligible to receive such coverage for any reason, Contractor shall issue a Notice of Unavailability. Contractor will send the Notice of Unavailability to the last known address of the Qualified Beneficiary as soon as reasonably possible but no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving the request for coverage. Contractor shall maintain, as required under applicable law, records of the mailing date, recipient(s), and mailing address of each Notice sent under this paragraph.

Notice of Unavailability. In the event one or more Adult and Child’s Personnel become unavailable to provide the Adult and Child’s Services in a particular School Building, Adult and Child will use reasonable efforts to find an appropriately qualified replacement individual to provide the Adult and Child’s Services during the scheduled time, and such individual shall be treated to be part of, and subject to all of the requirements and conditions applicable to, the Personnel.

If Infinisource receives notice that a qualifying event has occurred, or an event that will extend COBRA coverage has occurred, and the qualified beneficiary is not eligible for COBRA in accordance with records maintained by Infinisource in the course of performing its duties under this Agreement, Infinisource will send the required notice (“Unavailability Notice”) to the qualified beneficiary’s last known address as soon as possible but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after receiving notice. The Unavailability Notice will indicate the reasons for ineligibility.
