Paragraph 5. 6.6.3. shall apply to the subsequent closing of the door.
Paragraph 5. 6.4.8.1.1. amend to read:
Paragraph 5. 1.2(b). ▇▇▇▇▇ terminates this Contract pursuant to paragraph 5.1.2(b), VIVRA or the successor entity shall pay ▇▇▇▇▇ (i) 2.99 times the sum of the Salary plus the Discretionary Bonus given to him for Fiscal Year 1996 (2.99 x ($300,000 + $200,000)) which totals $1,495,000, and (ii) the Contingent Bonus ($300,000) (if the Contingent Bonus has been earned but not yet paid), all of which would total $1,795,000.
Paragraph 5. 1.3.1. shall not apply to a vehicle in respect of which both of the following conditions are satisfied, i.e.:
5.1.3.2.1. The vehicle is so designed and constructed that no device designed to control the emission of gaseous pollutants shall be adversely affected by leaded petrol; and
5.1.3.2.2. The vehicle is conspicuously, legibly and indelibly marked with the symbol for unleaded petrol, specified in ISO 2575:1982, in a position immediately visible to a person filling the petrol tank. Additional markings are permitted.
Paragraph 5. The Contractor must identify the exact provisions of the Contract Documents it is relying on in making its Claim. For example, if the Claim is for a change in the scope of the Contractor's Work, the Contractor must identify the specific provisions of the Specifications, and the Plan sheets and details that provide the basis for the scope change.
Paragraph 5. Paragraph 5 of the Investment Advisory Contract Supplement is hereby amended and restated, as attached.

6.5.1. The ends of the bumpers shall be turned in towards the external surface in order to minimize the risk of fouling. This requirement is considered to be satisfied if either the bumper is recessed or integrated within the bodywork or the end of the bumper is turned in so that it is not contactable by a 100 mm sphere and the gap between the bumper end and the surrounding bodywork does not exceed 20 mm."
