Common use of Inclusions Clause in Contracts

Inclusions. A. The University hereby recognizes the PBA as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment for all employees included in the University of South Florida Law Enforcement Bargaining Unit as defined in Certification No. 1414 issued by the Florida Public Employees Relations Commission on August 12, 2003. B. This Agreement includes all full-time and part-time employees in the classifications and positions listed in Appendix A of this Agreement, except for those individuals filling full-time and part-time positions excluded pursuant to Section 1.2.

B. This Agreement includes all full-time full‐time and part-time part‐time employees in the classifications and positions listed in Appendix A of this Agreement, except for those individuals filling full-full‐ time and part-time part‐time positions excluded pursuant to Section 1.2.

B. (b) This Agreement includes all full-time and part-time employees in the classifications and positions listed in Appendix A of this Agreement, except for those individuals filling full-time and part-time positions excluded pursuant to Section 1.2.
