Common use of Inclusions Clause in Contracts

Inclusions. A. The University hereby recognizes the PBA as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment for all employees included in the University of South Florida Law Enforcement Bargaining Unit as defined in Certification No. 1414 issued by the Florida Public Employees Relations Commission on August 12, 2003.

(a) The University hereby recognizes the PBA as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to wages, hours, hours and terms and conditions of employment for all employees included in the University of South Florida FAU Law Enforcement Bargaining Unit as defined in Certification No. 1414 No.1407 issued by the Florida Public Employees Relations Commission on August 12July 2, 2003.

The University hereby recognizes the PBA as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment for all employees included in the University of South Florida Law Enforcement Bargaining Unit as defined in Certification No. 1414 1403 issued by the Florida Public Employees Relations Commission on August 12June 26, 2003.
