Income Continuance Benefits. (a) Sick Leave Supplement to Income Continuance Benefits Until an employee's sick leave is exhausted, the Employer will pay on regular pay days a supplement of 30% of normal straight-time earnings during the period which the employee is drawing income continuance payments.
