Voluntary Group Life Insurance. Premiums 100% employee paid. Available to employees and spouses in units of $10,000 to a maximum of $200,000 each.
Voluntary Group Life Insurance. Voluntary Group Life Insurance will be made available in units of $10,000 to a maximum of $150,000 per employee. Spousal coverage will also be made available provided that the amount of coverage purchased does not exceed the amount purchased for the employee. Evidence of insurability satisfactory to the carrier must be provided for:
(a) new employees who apply for coverage in excess of $30,000;
(b) any existing employee who applies for additional voluntary group life insurance;
(c) all applications for spousal coverage. The full cost of this Voluntary Group Life Insurance will be borne by the employee with the Employer making the necessary payroll deductions.
Voluntary Group Life Insurance. The Employer agrees to make a Voluntary Group Life Insurance Plan available to all eligible employees in the bargaining unit. The employee shall continue to pay the premiums for this Plan. The Employer shall provide to employees, upon request, copies of the Voluntary Group Life Insurance Plan.
Voluntary Group Life Insurance. The Board will administer the BCTF Optional Term Life Insurance Plan and deduct monthly premiums from the salary of those teachers participating in the plan.
