Income Mix. The principle of blending incomes is to be followed by [Abbreviated Society Name] when renting units across the Portfolio. The blending of incomes within a Project will permit Tenants at the lower end of the income range to benefit from a subsidy in excess of the average for a Project, while those at the midpoint will receive the average subsidy, and those at the upper end will receive less than the average subsidy, if any. During the application of the principle, priority should be given to low income households and the targets for RGI Tenants met as outlined in the Agreement Summary, Part 3, Clause 1.b.

  • Income In determining individual “income,” Subscriber should add to Subscriber’s individual taxable adjusted gross income (exclusive of any spousal income) any amounts attributable to tax exempt income received, losses claimed as a limited partner in any limited partnership, deductions claimed for depletion, contributions to an IXX or Kxxxx retirement plan, alimony payments, and any amount by which income from long-term capital gains has been reduced in arriving at adjusted gross income.

  • Revenue Metering The Connecting Transmission Owner’s revenue metering will be located on the generator side of the 115kV breaker at the Xxxxx Solar Collector Substation and will consist of: • three (3) combination current/voltage transformer (“CT/VT”) units (manufacturer and model ABB/Xxxxxxx KXM-550, GE Grid Solutions KOTEF 000.XX, or other equivalent specified by Connecting Transmission Owner); and • one (1) revenue meter.   • Profitability The Board reviewed detailed information regarding revenues received by XXXX under the Agreement. The Board considered the estimated costs to XXXX, and pre-tax profits realized by XXXX, from advising the DWS Funds, as well as estimates of the pre-tax profits attributable to managing the Fund in particular. The Board also received information regarding the estimated enterprise-wide profitability of DIMA and its affiliates with respect to all fund services in totality and by fund. The Board and the Fee Consultant reviewed XXXX’s methodology in allocating its costs to the management of the Fund. Based on the information provided, the Board concluded that the pre-tax profits realized by XXXX in connection with the management of the Fund were not unreasonable. The Board also reviewed certain publicly available information regarding the profitability of certain similar investment management firms. The Board noted that, while information regarding the profitability of such firms is limited (and in some cases is not necessarily prepared on a comparable basis), DIMA and its affiliates’ overall profitability with respect to the DWS Funds (after taking into account distribution and other services provided to the funds by XXXX and its affiliates) was lower than the overall profitability levels of most comparable firms for which such data was available. Economies of Scale. The Board considered whether there are economies of scale with respect to the management of the Fund and whether the Fund benefits from any economies of scale. The Board noted that the Fund’s investment management fee schedule includes fee breakpoints. The Board concluded that the Fund’s fee schedule represents an appropriate sharing between the Fund and DIMA of such economies of scale as may exist in the management of the Fund at current asset levels.

  • Program Income Income directly generated from funds provided under this Contract or earned only as a result of such funds is Program Income. Unless otherwise required under the Program, Grantee shall use Program Income, as provided in UGMS Section III, Subpart C, .25(g)(2), to further the Program, and Grantee shall spend the Program Income on the Project. Grantee shall identify and report Program Income in accordance with the Contract, applicable law, and any programmatic guidance. Grantee shall expend Program Income during the Contract term, when earned, and may not carry Program Income forward to any succeeding term. Grantee shall refund Program Income to the System Agency if the Program Income is not expended in the term in which it is earned. The System Agency may base future funding levels, in part, upon Xxxxxxx’s proficiency in identifying, billing, collecting, and reporting Program Income, and in using Program Income for the purposes and under the conditions specified in this Contract.

  • Income Protection All workers will be covered by the extended Incolink Leisure Time Insurance and Income protection Scheme which provides defined weekly payments ($500 per week to workers with dependants, $400 per week to workers without dependants) for up to a maximum 104 weeks in the event of an extended work absence arising from any personal illness or injury (whether or not work related). The costs of this benefit will be shared between Incolink and the company on a 30/70 basis. Agreed premium costs will be: Incolink - $2.10 per week/worker Employer - $4.90 per week/worker It is a condition of the company’s agreement to provide this benefit that premium costs be maintained at not more than the February 1998 equivalent. In the event of premium costs escalating, the parties are agreed that the benefits table will be revised downwards so as to contain premium costs within the agreed limits. To maintain this cover the company agrees to pay the amounts every week for each employee. In the event the company does not maintain the above policy, the company will be liable in full to pay equivalent benefits to an employee who meets eligibility criteria as set out in the policy document.
