Fire Protection means all aspects of fire safety including but not limited to fire prevention, fire fighting or suppression, pre-fire planning, fire investigation, public education and information, training or other staff development and advising.
Source Protection Plan means a drinking water source protection plan prepared under the Clean Water Act, 2006;
MFN Protection has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(e)(iii).
Plant Protection Gas means the minimum volumes required to prevent physical harm to the plant facilities or danger to plant personnel when such protection cannot be afforded through the use of an alternate fuel. Cathodic protection means a technique designed to prevent the corrosion of a metal surface by making that surface the cathode of an electrochemical cell. For example, protection can be accomplished with an impressed current system or a galvanic anode system.
Rate Protection means the payment of premiums for a defined period of time not exceeding 12 months, in advance of a rate increase that will not require any further payments to cover any difference between the advance payment and the new premium rate.
Paycheck Protection Program means loan program created by Section 1102 of the CARES Act.

Consumer Protection Act means the Consumer Protection Act, No 68 of 2008;
Elderly Housing means housing intended for and only occupied by Elderly persons, including a family in which all members are Elderly. All household members must be Elderly (no children, and no disabled persons under the age of 62).
