Incorporation of Agreement Provisions. Except as modified herein, the Company and Consultant agree that all of the provisions of the Agreement and the Extension are incorporated herein and shall apply to the Consultancy during the Second Extension Term with the same force and effect as if forth herein.
Incorporation of Agreement Provisions. This Option Agreement is made pursuant to the Plan and is subject to all of the terms and provisions of the Plan as if the same were fully set forth herein. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the same meanings set forth for such terms in the Plan.

To the extent that the Agreement is amended from time to time, GECAN, IKON Canada and IKON Northern agree to review such amendments promptly and acting reasonably and to amend this Canadian Rider accordingly if such amendments are applicable to the Canadian Program.
Incorporation of Agreement Provisions. The provisions of Article X of the Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference into this Amendment and shall be deemed applicable to this Amendment as if they had been set forth herein in their entirety. Except as otherwise modified by the terms of this Amendment, the terms of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and all such terms are hereby ratified and confirmed.
Incorporation of Agreement Provisions. All of the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall apply to the Canadian Program and are incorporated herein by reference, subject only to the modifications described in this Rider No. 2.
