Incorporation of Letters of Intent. Any letter of understanding negotiated between the Employer Company and the Union shall be deemed to form part of this Agreement as if it had been incorporated herein. A Letter of Understanding shall be identified by a heading and must be signed by authorized representatives of both parties. All letters of understanding and intent given during negotiations shall be considered to be part of this Agreement and therefore arbitrable.
