Management in Training Sample Clauses

Management in Training. The Parties agree that not more than one (1) department manager in training shall be on training per department, such training shall not exceed a period of three (3) months in a department; any extension of such training shall be preapproved by the Union; such manager shall not work in a department without having a minimum of one (1) member of the bargaining unit schedule at the same time in the same department.
