Sunday Premium Sample Clauses

Sunday PremiumAny employee who is required to work at any time on a Sunday shall be paid a Sunday premium in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay in the amount of seventy-five (75¢) cents per hour, for each such hour and portion of an hour worked. Sunday premium pay shall not be added to an employee's hourly rate of pay for the purpose of computing overtime. The provisions of this Article shall not apply to the “in charge” employees referred to in sub-articles 23.03 and 23.04 of this Agreement.
Sunday Premium. All hours worked by an Employee on Sunday, shall be paid for on the basis of one and one-half times the Employee’s Regular Rate of Pay. For the purpose of this Section, Sunday shall be deemed to be the twenty-four (24) hours beginning with the shift change hour nearest to 12:01 a.m.
Sunday Premium. For all time worked on Sunday by employees, a premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour shall be paid. This provision shall not apply to employees hired on or after July 1, 1986.
Sunday Premium. All employees who work on Sunday shall receive, in addition to their straight time hourly rate, a premium of one ($1.00) dollar per hour for each hour worked on Sunday.

Sunday PremiumThe Company will pay a premium of $2.25 for each hour an employee may work on a Sunday, when such a Sunday falls within a staggered workweek for the employee concerned. This premium will not be used when calculating overtime.

Sunday PremiumAll employees hired prior to October 4, 2004, shall be paid, for all hours worked on Sunday, time and one-half (1½) minus one dollar ($1.00) the straight-time hourly rate of pay. 4.10.1 All employees, except for Utility Clerks, hired on or after October 4, 2004, shall be paid a one dollar ($1.00) per hour premium for all time worked on Sunday. 4.10.2 All Utility Clerks hired on or after October 4, 2004 who have been continuously employed by the Employer for more than six (6) months will receive a premium payment of fifty cents (50¢) for each hour worked on Sunday.
Sunday PremiumEmployees shall receive a premium of two dollars and seventy-five cents ($2.75) for all straight time hours worked on a Sunday.
