Common use of Increase in Landlord’s Insurance Costs Clause in Contracts

Increase in Landlord’s Insurance Costs. Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord any increase in premiums for Landlord’s insurance policies resulting from Tenant’s use or occupancy of the Premises.
