INCREASE TO THE BASE NUMBER OF ASSISTED HOUSEHOLDS. In order to assist more Low-Income Households, CMHC may from time to time, subject to the availability of program budget, invite eligible Housing Providers to submit an application to increase the Base Number of Assisted Households in situations where there is a greater need for Rental Assistance. CMHC reserves the right and absolute discretion to modify or replace the content of this Schedule “B” at any time during the Term of the Agreement. In accordance with the terms of the Agreement, failure by CMHC to enforce this right for any period shall not constitute a waiver thereof.   • Estimated Number of Participating Households Approximately 6,460. This figure is based on loans with unpaid principal balances ranging from $200,000 to $400,000 with an average funding of $5,000.00.

  • Notification of the Amount of Fair Share Fee Notice of the amount of the annual fair share fee, which shall not be more than 100% of the unified dues of the employee organization, shall be transmitted by the employee organization to the Board Treasurer on or about September 15 of each year during the term of this Agreement for the purpose of determining amounts to be payroll-deducted, and the Board agrees to promptly transmit all amounts deducted to the employee organization.

  • Salary Schedule Placement 1. Credit hours for the purpose of placement on the salary schedule shall be defined as those semester hour credits earned for graduate courses that are within the teacher’s present certification or a planned program leading to additional areas of teacher certification, guidance or administration. Upon approval of the Superintendent, any other courses, graduate or undergraduate may be certified for proper placement on the salary schedule.

  • Traditional IRA-to-Xxxx XXX Conversions If you convert to a Xxxx XXX, the amount of the conversion from your Traditional IRA to your Xxxx XXX will be treated as a distribution for income tax purposes, and is includible in your gross income (except for any nondeductible contributions). Although the conversion amount generally is included in income, the 10 percent early distribution penalty tax will not apply to conversions from a Traditional IRA to a Xxxx XXX, regardless of whether you qualify for any exceptions to the 10 percent penalty tax.
