Common use of Increased Enrolment Clause in Contracts

Increased Enrolment. 1. It is recognized by the parties that from time to time it is necessary to increase the hours of work of some employees due to increased enrollment. 2. The Board agrees to post all positions which have an increase of more than ten (10) hours per pay period. The Board shall also post all positions which have an increase of hours where the increased hours would create a full time position or would make that position eligible for benefits.
