Increment period. The pay increment period for full-time employees, other than those paid in that part of the scale of rates identified by intermediate steps, is fifty-two (52) weeks and a pay increment shall be to the next rate in the scale of rates. For employees paid in that part of the scale of rates identified by ten-dollar ($10) intermediate steps, the pay increment period is twenty-six (26) weeks and a pay increment shall be three hundred dollars or such higher amount that the Employer may determine, provided that the last rate that part of scale of rates identified by ten-dollar ($10) intermediate steps is not exceeded. A part-time employee shall be eligible to receive a pay increment when the employee has worked a total of nineteen hundred and fifty (1950) hours at the hourly rate of pay during a period of employment provided that the maximum rate for the employee's level is not exceeded.

  • Increment Date (a) Full-time Employees shall be eligible for increments annually from their date of employment.
