Common use of Indemnification and Waiver of Claims Clause in Contracts

Indemnification and Waiver of Claims. Landlord and Tenant hereby acknowledge and agree that the terms and provisions of Sections 2, 4, 5, 11, 13, 16, 19, 23, 28 and 29 of the Lease shall apply during the period commencing with Landlord's Work, through and including the Additional Space Commencement Date (including during the Term).
