Common use of Indemnity and Refund Clause in Contracts

Indemnity and Refund. The Association shall indemnify, defend and hold the City harmless against any claim made and against any suit initiated against the City on account of check off of Association dues or premiums for benefits. In addition, the Association shall refund to the City any amounts paid to it in error upon presentation of supporting evidence.
