Independence Day. Holiday leave for Independence Day shall be ten (10) hours for a full- time employee working a scheduled ten (10) hour shift and eight (8) hours for a full-time employee working a scheduled eight (8) hour shift. Employees working less than full-time shall be entitled to holiday allowance in accordance with contract provisions.
