Common use of INDEPENDENCE OF BENEFITS Clause in Contracts

INDEPENDENCE OF BENEFITS. The benefits payable under this Agreement are for services already rendered or to be rendered and shall be independent of, and in addition to, any other benefits or compensation, whether by salary, bonus or otherwise, payable to the Employee under any compensation and/or benefit arrangements or plans, incentive cash compensations and stock plans and other retirement or welfare benefit plans, that now exist or may hereafter exist from time to time.
