Eligibility; Participation. (a) To participate in the Programme, the following eligibility requirements must be met:
(i) the Cardholders WISE Card Account must be valid and in good standing, not overdue in payment and must not be closed or terminated by either the Cardholder or HLB;
(ii) the Cardholders must not be in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions and/or the terms and conditions of the Agreement; and
(iii) eligibility will be revoked in respect of the Cardholders who have committed or is suspected of committing any fraudulent, unlawful or wrongful acts in relation to any of the facilities granted by HLB or have been declared bankrupt (pursuant to a petition by either banks or by any third party) or is subject to any bankruptcy proceedings at any time prior to, during or after the availability of the Programme.
Eligibility; Participation. During the Employment Term and as otherwise provided herein, Executive shall be entitled to participate in any and all employee health and other welfare benefit plans (including, but not limited to, life insurance, health and medical, dental, and disability plans) and other employee benefit plans, including, but not limited to, tax qualified retirement plans established by Company from time to time for the benefit of employees of Company. Executive shall be required to comply with the conditions attendant to coverage by such plans, which terms shall apply to Executive in the same manner as those applicable to executives of Company at the Executive Vice President level who are similarly situated, and Executive shall comply with and be entitled to benefits only in accordance with the terms and conditions of such plans as they may be amended from time to time. Nothing herein contained shall be construed as requiring Company to establish or continue any particular benefit plan in discharge of its obligations under this Agreement.

Eligibility; Participation. The following categories of employees are not required to participate in the plan but may choose to participate as eligible employees: employees covered by TriCare, Medicare, or another similar plan. Eligible Full-Time Employees must work 30 hours per week per ACA. Eligible Part-Time Employees must work a minimum of 20 hours per week. 3A. Total Number of ALL Employees on Payroll + 3B. Eligibility; Participation. 1. The holder of the following cards and accounts “Cardmember(s)” are eligible to participate in this Redemption Programme
a. all Mastercard, Visa and American Express Credit and Charge Cards (“Cards”) issued by Maybank (excluding American Express, Visa and Mastercard Corporate Cards); and
b. all Maybank Visa and Mastercard Platinum Debit and Visa Debit Cards.
2. The holder of the following Cards and Accounts are NOT eligible to participate in this Redemption Programme:
a. Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer American Express Gold (eligible to earn Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Miles only);
b. Maybank World Mastercard (eligible to redeem for the Malaysia Airlines Frequent Flyer Xxxxxx Xxxxx only);
c. Maybank American Express Cash Back Gold (eligible to earn Cash Back only);
d. Maybank FC Barcelona Visa Signature (eligible to earn Cash back only); and
e. American Express, Visa and Mastercard Corporate Cards.
3. Only Principal Cardmembers with Cards issued by Maybank Malaysia can participate in this Redemption Programme and accounts must be valid, in good standing, not closed, cancelled or terminated by Maybank or Cardmember to be eligible to redeem.
Eligibility; Participation. As a condition to participating in an Incentive, Host must, during the term of this Agreement, satisfy all eligibility and participation requirements set forth in the Schedule that are applicable to such Incentive and remain in compliance with the Schedule and this Agreement. Host acknowledges that, if Host satisfies the foregoing conditions, Company may allow Host to participate in the applicable Incentive, under which Host may receive certain benefits as further described in the Schedule.
Eligibility; Participation. 3.1 A Cardholder whom we have invited to participate in this Service, and whose Card account is in good standing, as determined by us in our sole discretion, may avail of this Service. We are not obliged to provide this Service to any Cardholder, and may not extend the invitation to any Cardholder at our sole discretion.
Eligibility; Participation. As a condition to participating in an Incentive, Host must, during the term of this Agreement, satisfy all eligibility and participation requirements set forth in the Schedule that are applicable to such Incentive and remain in compliance with the Schedule and this Agreement. Host acknowledges that, if Host satisfies the foregoing conditions, Company may allow Host to participate in the applicable Incentive, under which Host may receive certain benefits as further described in the Schedule. Unless earlier terminated as provided herein, this Agreement will have a term of ten (10) years, commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the tenth (10th) anniversary of the Effective Date.
Eligibility; Participation. Participation in the Programme is subject to the following terms and conditions, the terms and conditions in the Agreement and the terms and conditions in the General Account Terms and Conditions.
(a) To be eligible to redeem or earn Real Cash, the Cardholder’s Card Account(s) must be valid and in good standing, not overdue in payment and has not exceeded its Prescribed Credit Limit. Further, to be eligible to redeem or earn Real Cash, the Card Account(s), must not be closed or terminated by either the Cardholder or Bank.
