Independent Cost Estimate. An estimate of the Cost of the Work prepared by the Independent Cost Estimator independently of the Department, Design Consultant, and the CM/GC, based on the available Project design and construction information.

Independent Cost Estimate. The City shall have the right, but not the obligation, to have an independent cost estimate conducted by an estimator designated by the City and at the City’s expense. The Design Consultant shall be available to answer the estimator’s questions regarding the design and to attend meetings with the estimator as reasonably necessary to reconcile the Design Consultant’s estimate with the independent estimate and the Design Consultant shall not be entitled to additional compensation under this Agreement.

  • Operating Costs The Assuming Institution agrees, during its period of use of any Leased Data Management Equipment, to pay to the Receiver or to appropriate third parties at the direction of the Receiver all operating costs with respect thereto and to comply with all relevant terms of any existing Leased Data Management Equipment leases entered into by the Failed Bank, including without limitation the timely payment of all rent, taxes, fees, charges, maintenance, utilities, insurance and assessments.
