INDEPENDENT TRAVELLERS. 3.2.1. The following specific payment policy applies: • On Confirmation within 7 days: 20% of invoice value • Reflecting in the account at 45 days before arrival: Remaining 80% of invoice value
3.2.2. In addition to the deposit payment all flights, where required would need to be paid in full.
INDEPENDENT TRAVELLERS. BOOKING AMENDMENT, REDUCTION, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
2.5.1. All Booking Amendments made by the Client will be subject to the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy as contained in 2.5.5.
2.5.2. The Client will, without exception, notify &Beyond in writing should a booking be amended, which shall include the transfer of an existing booking to another trade partner.
2.5.3. Reservations held by &Beyond where no deposit has been paid or guarantee has been given will be cancelled by &Beyond on notice to the Client.
2.5.4. Requests to reduce or waiver cancellation fees will be considered with the decision made at the sole discretion of &Beyond.
2.5.5. On cancellation of a confirmed reservation &Beyond will, subject to the relevant provisions of the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008 (as amended from time to time), and to the extent that the provisions of said Act are applicable, be entitled to the payment of the following cancellation fees:
INDEPENDENT TRAVELLERS. 3.2.1. Upon confirmation for all Reservations a deposit will be paid by the Client to &Beyond within 7 (seven) days.
3.2.2. The following specific payment policy applies: On Confirmation within 7 days 45 days before arrival 10% of invoice value Remaining 90% of invoice value
3.3.1. The following Group Payment terms apply and exclude any other payment conditions agreed for Independent travellers. Deviations to this payment condition are agreed by exception: Deposit due within 30 days of confirmation for reservations 1 year and greater from date of travel Deposits due within 14 days of confirmation for reservations less than 1 year from date of travel Due at 120 days prior to arrival Due at 90 days prior to arrival 20% of total invoice value An additional 30% of total invoice value Final 50% of total invoice value
INDEPENDENT TRAVELLERS. 3.2.1. Upon Confirmation for all Reservations the Guest will be liable for a deposit.
3.2.2. The following specific payment policy applies: On Confirmation within 7 days 25% of the Total Booking value 60 days before arrival Remaining 75% of Total Booking value
INDEPENDENT TRAVELLERS. 3.2.1. Upon confirmation for all Reservations a deposit will be paid by the Client to &Beyond within 7 (seven) days.
