The Commonwealth's Indigenous Procurement Policy dated 1 July 2015 available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxx/xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxx. Any one of the following: the Consultant becomes, is declared to be, is taken under any applicable law (including the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) to be, admits to or informs the Commonwealth in writing, or its creditors generally, that the Consultant is insolvent, an insolvent under administration, bankrupt, unable to pay its debts or is unable to proceed with the Contract for financial reasons; execution is levied against the Consultant by a creditor; a garnishee order, mareva injunction or similar order, attachment, distress or other process is made, levied or issued against or in relation to any asset of the Consultant; where the Consultant is an individual person or a partnership including an individual person, the Consultant: commits an act of bankruptcy;
