INDIVIDUAL BARGAINING. The Board agrees not to negotiate with any Employees on any items contained within or appended to this Agreement.

INDIVIDUAL BARGAINING. Nothing shall prevent HACSU and/or AEU from concurrently entering into individual enterprise negotiations with one or more Employers, should that be the desire of members employed by one of the Employers. Similarly, nothing shall prevent an individual employer from entering into negotiations for a single employer agreement.
INDIVIDUAL BARGAINING. INDG recognizes the right of individual employees to bargain for wages or conditions better than those provided herein and the right of the Guild to intercede for such employees.
INDIVIDUAL BARGAINING. Except as may be otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Employer agrees not to enter into or attempt to enter into, any agreement or contract with its employees, either individually or collectively, or to require or attempt to require employees to sign any document, either individually or collectively, which in any way conflicts with the provisions of this Agreement. Any such agreement or document shall be null and void. Any such agreement or document may not be placed in an employee’s file or used by the Employer as a basis for discipline or used in connection with any disciplinary proceeding, nor may any such agreement or document nor the contents thereof be divulged to any person or entity. In addition, an employee’s refusal to sign a company form relating to the principle of a fair day’s work shall not be used for disciplinary purposes unless the signing is required by law or by this Agreement.
INDIVIDUAL BARGAINING. Nothing in this contract shall prevent employees, or the Guild on their behalf, from bar- gaining individually for pay increases in excess of the minimum established herein. The policy of the Company shall be to regard minimum wage rates as minima and to acknowledge indi- vidual merit by raises above the minima.

Such policy may be continued and the Guild will limit its consultation thereon to verifying (a) the number and (b) the frequency of such increases. Distribution of individual increases during the term of this Agreement will conform to the normal practice of the Employer. It is the normal practice of the Employer to review the performance of each employee at least once during a year. The Employer will supply the Guild with lists of merit increases to be granted, such lists to contain the name of the bureau, individual name, salary and amount of the increase granted together with the effective date thereof.
