Common use of Individual Contracts Clause in Contracts

Individual Contracts. Any individual contract between the Board and heretofore executed shall be subject to and consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Any individual contract hereafter executed shall be expressly made subject to and consistent with the terms and conditions of this or subsequent Agreements to be executed by the parties. If an individual contract contains any language inconsistent with the Agreement, this Agreement, during its duration, shall be controlling.
