Individual Contracts. Each Employee shall enter into an individual contract with the College. The form of the individual contract is set forth in Appendix B. The salary of the individual contract is set forth in Appendix A. The salary of the Employee and duration of the individual contract shall be established therein consistent with this Agreement. The amount set forth in any individual contract shall be determined by collective bargaining.
