Common use of Individual Contracts Clause in Contracts

Individual Contracts. A. All individual contracts between the Board and an individual teacher heretofore executed shall be subject to and consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and any individual contract hereafter executed shall be expressly made subject to and consistent with terms of this or subsequent agreements to be executed by the parties. If an individual contract contains any language inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement during its duration shall be controlling.
