Individual Contracts. A. Any written individual contract between the University and an individual Housestaff Officer, hereafter executed, shall be subject to and consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Where such contract is inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement, during its duration, shall be controlling. The University shall give the CIR thirty (30) days notice of any changes to the individual contract forms used by its schools.
