Individual Employee Information Notices. Distribute a notice, to each worker, laborer or mechanic employed under this Contract, in a form provided by NYCDOT, that this Project is a public works project on which each worker, laborer or mechanic is entitled to receive the prevailing rate of wages and supplements for the occupation at which he or she is working. If the total cost of the Work under this Contract is at least two hundred fifty thousand ($250,000) dollars, such notice shall also include a statement that each worker, laborer or mechanic must be certified prior to performing any Work as having successfully completed a course in construction safety and health approved by the United States Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration that is at least ten
