Individuals Authorized to Place Orders. The following individuals are authorized to place orders against this BPA. The Contractor, its employees, and subcontractors/consultants are not authorized to accept any requests for work, or honor any changes or revisions which may incur cost or affect prices unless authorized by the Contracting Officer. The contractor may not accept any interpretations (of this BPA / task orders) provided by anyone other than the Contracting Officer. The Contracting Officer(s) listed herein are the only individuals authorized to interpret contract terms and conditions as well as make and approve any changes to the requirements or terms and conditions contained in the BPA and individual task orders. In the event the Contractor makes any changes at the direction of any person other than the Contracting Officer, the change will be considered to have been made without authority and no adjustment will be made to cover any increase in cost incurred as a result thereof.

Individuals Authorized to Place Orders a. The individuals authorized to place orders against this BPA and the dollar limitation per order are as follows: (1) The designated Food Service Ordering Officer(s) at the dining facilities listed in paragraph 10 below. They are limited to $3000.00 per order. Minimum orders placed $50.00 with a maximum of $3000.00. (2) The DLA Troop Support Soda Team Contracting Officer(s) and/or Soda Team Contract Specialist(s). They have no restriction per order. b. The supplier may only accept orders from individuals identified as being authorized to place orders under this BPA. c. All orders must be placed through STORES or other authorized Government purchasing system.

  • Authorized to do Business To the extent required under applicable law, as of the Cut-off Date or as of the date that such entity held the Mortgage Note, each holder of the Mortgage Note was authorized to transact and do business in the jurisdiction in which each related Mortgaged Property is located, or the failure to be so authorized does not materially and adversely affect the enforceability of such Mortgage Loan by the Trust.

  • Place of Work Your normal place of work is at the Academy, or at any premises used from time to time by the Academy Trust Company, unless Your duties take You elsewhere. The Academy Trust Company reserves the right to require You to work at such other place or places as it may reasonably require from time to time subject to the provision of reasonable notice. You will not usually be required to work outside of the United Kingdom.

  • Place of Business; Name The Borrower will not transfer its chief executive office or principal place of business, or move, relocate, close or sell any business location. The Borrower will not permit any tangible Collateral or any records pertaining to the Collateral to be located in any state or area in which, in the event of such location, a financing statement covering such Collateral would be required to be, but has not in fact been, filed in order to perfect the Security Interest. The Borrower will not change its name or jurisdiction of organization.

  • Country and Territory Names The country and territory names (including their IDN variants, where applicable) contained in the following internationally recognized lists shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at All Levels: the short form (in English) of all country and territory names contained on the ISO 3166-1 list, as updated from time to time, including the European Union, which is exceptionally reserved on the ISO 3166-1 list, and its scope extended in August 1999 to any application needing to represent the name European Union <xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/iso/support/country_codes/iso_3166_code_lists/iso-3166-1_decoding_table.htm>; the United Nations Group of Experts on Geographical Names, Technical Reference Manual for the Standardization of Geographical Names, Part III Names of Countries of the World; and the list of United Nations member states in 6 official United Nations languages prepared by the Working Group on Country Names of the United Nations Conference on the Standardization of Geographical Names; provided, that the reservation of specific country and territory names (including their IDN variants according to the registry operator IDN registration policy, where applicable) may be released to the extent that Registry Operator reaches agreement with the applicable government(s). Registry Operator must not activate such names in the DNS; provided, that Registry Operator may propose the release of these reservations, subject to review by ICANN’s Governmental Advisory Committee and approval by ICANN. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names that remain withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.

  • LOGOS, AND FLAGS The Supplier cannot use the seal(s), logos, crests, or reproductions of flags or likenesses of Federal agency officials without specific pre-approval.

  • Name and Place of Business Other than previously disclosed in writing to you I have not changed my name or principal place of business within the last 10 years and have not used any other trade or fictitious name. Without your prior written consent, I do not and will not use any other name and will preserve my existing name, trade names and franchises.

  • Description of Goods or Services and Additional Terms and Conditions The Contractor shall perform as set forth in Exhibit A. For purposes of this Contract, to perform and the performance in Exhibit A is referred to as “Perform” and the “Performance.”

  • Name; Location of Chief Executive Office Except as disclosed in the Schedule, Borrower has not done business under any name other than that specified on the signature page hereof. The chief executive office of Borrower is located at the address indicated in Section 10 hereof.

  • Technical Specifications and Drawings a) The Goods and Related Services supplied under this Contract shall conform to the technical specifications and standards mentioned in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements and, when no applicable standard is mentioned, the standard shall be equivalent or superior to the official standards whose application is appropriate to the Goods' country of origin. b) The Supplier shall be entitled to disclaim responsibility for any design, data, drawing, specification or other document, or any modification thereof provided or designed by or on behalf of the Procuring Entity, by giving a notice of such disclaimer to the Procuring Entity. c) Wherever references are made in the Contract to codes and standards in accordance with which it shall be executed, the edition or the revised version of such codes and standards shall be those specified in the Schedule of Requirements. During Contract execution, any changes in any such codes and standards shall be applied only after approval by the Procuring Entity and shall be treated in accordance with GCC Clause 33.
