Dining Facilities Clause Samples
The Dining Facilities clause outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of dining areas provided by one party, typically within a leased property or shared premises. It may specify who has access to the dining facilities, the hours of operation, maintenance responsibilities, and any restrictions on use, such as prohibiting outside food or reserving the space for certain events. This clause ensures that all parties understand their rights and obligations regarding the dining areas, helping to prevent disputes over access, cleanliness, and usage.
