Industrial Waste Facilities. The Lessee shall be fully responsible for all industrial wastes exiting the Premises and in response thereto shall provide, operate and maintain adequate facilities on the Premises for separating, neutralizing and treating industrial wastes and foreign materials and the proper disposal thereof, in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
