The remaining approximately 74.5 acres of the Eastern Parcel, as shown on Exhibit A-2, are designated Industrial:Airport Compatibility (I:AC) under the County’s Zoning Code. For purposes of this Agreement, this approximately 74.5-acre area is referred to as the “Industrial Zoning District.” The Zoning Ordinance did not affect the Industrial Zoning District (which includes the 19-acre “Study Area”).
