Common use of Ineligibility to compete Clause in Contracts

Ineligibility to compete. If my entry to the event is found to be ineligible under the rules and regulations of SLSA or ILS, I acknowledge this Agreement may be terminated by SLSSA under clause 12 and that I will automatically be withdrawn from the Team and will be required to immediately leave the event and return to my usual place of residence or other location as approved by the SLSSA nominee. If, in the opinion of Team Management and after consultation with an independent medical professional, I am unable to perform at the event to the best of my ability due to injury, illness or any other incapacity, I acknowledge that this Agreement may be terminated by SLSSA under clause 13 and that I will automatically be withdrawn from the Team and may be required to immediately leave the event and return to my usual place of residence or other location as approved by the SLSSA nominee.
