Common use of Ineligible Contractors Clause in Contracts

Ineligible Contractors. Pursuant to the provisions of Labor Code section 1777.1, the Labor Commissioner publishes and distributes a list of contractors ineligible to perform work as a contractor or subcontractor on a public works project.
