Common use of Ineligible Person Clause in Contracts

Ineligible Person. a person is ineligible for enrollment in the IRIS program if the person fails to meet the eligibility requirements specified by the Department, the resource center or income maintenance agency prior to enrollment in the ICA, or if the person determined to be eligible prior to enrollment no longer meets eligibility requirements as determined by DHS, the resource center, or income maintenance agency.
