Common use of Infectious Disease Clause in Contracts

Infectious Disease. Section 1. The County, through its Health Department, will establish a list of positions in the County which are at risk for exposure to Hepatitis B. Once risk is established, the County shall, at the County's expense, offer vaccinations for Hepatitis B to those employees in the positions identified as being at risk. The County will provide the employees with educational material and, after the employee has completed the education phase, the employee may accept or reject the vaccination.
