INFORMAL PROCEDURES FOR HANDLING COMPLAINTS. A complaint may be presented by a covered employee or group of employees to a PSC representative. The complaint may then be presented by the PSC in writing to the Foundation’s Director of Human Resources, or to her/his designee.
