Common use of Informal Supports Clause in Contracts

Informal Supports. Community-based services and supports 11 provided by individuals and/or organizations that exist or can be developed in 12 the Participant/Participant’s family’s community, kinship, social and/or 13 spiritual networks. Interventions and/or activities that utilize friends, 14 extended family members, clergy and/or other faith-based mentors, neighbors, 15 educators, coaches, local business persons, other persons who are not paid to 16 care, and so forth.

Informal Supports. Community-based services and supports 11 support provided 21 by individuals and/or or organizations that exist already exist, or can be developed in 12 the 22 Participant/Participant’s Participant family’s community, kinship, social social, and/or 13 spiritual 23 networks. Interventions Informal support interventions and/or activities that utilize friends, 14 24 extended family members, clergy and/or other faith-based mentors, neighbors, 15 25 educators, coaches, local business persons, other persons who are not paid to 16 26 care, and so forth.
