Information about Charges and Mutual Support. In the event a Party is alleged to have breached an Intellectual Property Right that is related to or based on this Agreement, the allegedly infringing Party shall immediately inform the other Party thereof. The other Party shall be entitled to join any legal proceedings in the defense of such claims by third parties. The Party not addressed by such claim shall be obliged to reasonably cooperate with the other Party.
