Information and Input to be Provided by POLK CITY. Upon the request of CIWW or any CIWW Member Agency, POLK CITY shall make available such reasonably accessible information, schedules, comparisons and analysis as may be deemed reasonably necessary in order to fully analyze the proposed OM&M budget. POLK CITY shall cause such members of its staff to be present at the budget hearing established by CIWW as are necessary to explain the proposed budget and respond to inquiries made concerning same.

  • INFORMATION AND SERVICES TO BE FURNISHED BY THE LPA The information and services to be furnished by the LPA are set out in Appendix "B” which is herein attached to and made an integral part of this Contract.
