The Sellers shall use commercially reasonable efforts to, or cause their Respective Affiliates to use commercially reasonable efforts to, provide such copies to the Purchaser (at the Purchaser’s expense) as soon as reasonably practicable; provided, that the Sellers shall be allowed to redact any such requested document in order to delete any information and data relating to business segments of any such Seller and its Respective Affiliates not included in the Business; provided, further, that nothing herein shall require the Sellers to (i) disclose any information to the Purchaser if such information disclosure would jeopardize any attorney-client or legal privilege or (ii) contravene any applicable Law, fiduciary duty or agreement (including any confidentiality agreement to which the Sellers or any of their Affiliates is a party); it being understood, that the Sellers shall cooperate in any reasonable efforts and requests for waivers that would enable otherwise required disclosure to the Purchaser to occur without so jeopardizing privilege or contravening such Law, duty or agreement).
