Information Commissioner. The parties shall in addition to the general obligations under Section 5. ,Applicable Law and without prejudice to any other provisions of this Agreement: (a) Notify all relevant details of any processing of Personal Data to the Information Commissioner as set out in the Data Protection Laws and only process such Personal Data in accordance with the terms of its registration under the Data Protection Laws; and (b) comply with the rights of the individuals to whom the provision of the Services relates as set out in the Data Protection Laws.
