Common use of Information Dissemination Clause in Contracts

Information Dissemination. A. The Association shall have the right to place ACT-related notices, circulars, and other Association material on designated school bulletin boards and in teachers’ mailboxes. A copy of each item so displayed, distributed, or otherwise provided to teachers by the Association shall be provided to the building principal and the Office of Human Capital office. (2012) B. Any item posted or displayed shall bear the signature of an Association officer, building representative, or the individual posting it, or carry the Association logo. C. The Association shall be accorded use of the inter-school mail service. A mailbox located in the Administration Building mailroom shall be assigned to the Association to facilitate such use. (1982)
