INFORMATION FOR FILINGS. Lessee shall promptly furnish to Owner Participant or Lessor such information (other than with respect to the citizenship of Owner Participant and Lessor) within Lessee's or any Permitted Sublessee's possession, or reasonably available to or obtainable by Lessee or such Permitted Sublessee, as may be required to enable Lessor timely to file any reports required to be filed by it as lessor under the Lease or to enable Owner Participant to timely file any reports required to be filed by it, as the beneficiary of the Trust Estate, in either case, with any Government Entity because of, or in connection with, the interest of Owner Participant or Lessor in the Aircraft, Airframe or Engines, this Lease or any other part of the Trust Estate; provided, however, that with respect to any such information which Lessee reasonably deems commercially sensitive or confidential, Owner Participant or Lessor, as the case may be, shall afford Lessee a reasonable opportunity to seek from any such Government Entity a waiver of the obligation of Owner Participant or Lessor to file any such information, or shall consent to the filing of such information directly by Lessee in lieu of filing by Owner Participant or Lessor, and if any such waiver or consent is evidenced to the reasonable satisfaction of Owner Participant or Lessor, as the case may be, then Lessee shall not be required to furnish such information to Owner Participant or Lessor.

Borrower shall promptly furnish to Security Agent such information within Borrower’s possession or reasonably available or obtainable by Borrower (without out-of-pocket cost or expense to Borrower unless Security Agent reimburses Borrower for such out-of-pocket cost or expense) as may be required to enable Security Agent timely to file any reports required to be filed by it as Security Agent under this Mortgage with any Governmental Entity because of, or in connection with, the interest of Security Agent in the Aircraft, the Airframe or the Engines, or any other part of the Collateral; provided, however, that with respect to any such information which Borrower reasonably deems commercially sensitive or confidential, Security Agent, so long as delay in providing such information will not expose Security Agent to any risk of criminal liability or any material risk of material civil liability, shall afford Borrower a reasonable opportunity to seek from any such Governmental Entity a waiver of the obligation to provide any such information, or a consent to the filing of such information directly by Borrower in lieu of filing by Security Agent, and if any such waiver or consent is evidenced to the reasonable satisfaction of Security Agent then Borrower shall not be required to furnish such information to Security Agent

Lessee shall promptly furnish to Owner Participant, Mortgagee or Lessor such information (other than with respect to the citizenship of Owner Participant and Lessor) within Lessee's or any Permitted Sublessee's possession, or reasonably available to or obtainable by Lessee or such Permitted Sublessee, as may be required to enable Lessor timely to file any reports required to be filed by it as lessor under the Lease, to enable Mortgagee timely to file any reports required to be filed by it as Mortgagee under the Trust Indenture or to enable Owner Participant to timely file any reports required to be filed by it, as the beneficiary of the Trust Estate, in any such case, with any Government Entity because of, or in connection with, the interest of Owner Participant, Mortgagee or Lessor in the Aircraft, Airframe or Engines, this Lease or any other part of the Trust Estate; provided, however, that with respect to any such information which Lessee reasonably deems commercially sensitive or confidential, Owner Participant, Mortgagee or Lessor, as the case may be, shall afford Lessee a reasonable opportunity to seek from any such Government Entity a waiver of the obligation of Owner Participant, Mortgagee or Lessor to file any such information, or shall consent to the filing of such information directly by Lessee in lieu of filing by Owner Participant, Mortgagee or Lessor, and if any such waiver or consent is evidenced to the reasonable satisfaction of Owner Participant, Mortgagee or Lessor, as the case may be, then Lessee shall not be required to furnish such information to Owner Participant, Mortgagee or Lessor.
INFORMATION FOR FILINGS. Both parties will furnish to each other all information as may be reasonably required by the other party for inclusion in any application or filing made by such party to any Governmental Authority in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

The Borrower shall promptly furnish to the Security Trustee such information within the Borrower's or any Permitted Lessee's possession, or reasonably available to or obtainable by the Borrower or such Permitted Lessee, as may be required to enable the Security Trustee timely to file any reports required to be filed by it as the Security Trustee under this Agreement with any Government Entity because of, or in connection with, the interest of the Security Trustee in any Aircraft, Airframe or Engine, or any other part of the Collateral; provided, however, that with respect to any such information which the Borrower reasonably deems commercially sensitive or confidential, the Security Trustee shall afford the Borrower a reasonable opportunity to seek from any such Government Entity a waiver of the obligation of any such information, or shall consent to the filing of such information directly by the Borrower in lieu of filing by the Security Trustee, and if any such waiver or consent is evidenced to the reasonable satisfaction of the Security Trustee then the Borrower shall not be required to furnish such information to the Security Trustee.
INFORMATION FOR FILINGS. Except for information that is the subject of any section of this Article 2, which is expressly subject to any knowledge qualifier that may be contained in any such section, none of the information supplied or to be supplied by PacificNet for inclusion, or included, in any documents to be filed with any regulatory authority in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby will, at the respective times such documents are filed with any such regulatory authority, be false or misleading with respect to any material fact, or omit to state any material fact necessary in order to make the statements therein not misleading.

INFORMATION FOR FILINGS. Each party will furnish to the other with all information concerning such party as is required for inclusion in any application or filing made by the other party to any Governmental Entity in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
INFORMATION FOR FILINGS. The Stockholders and the Company will furnish Precept and Merger Sub with all information concerning the Company as is required for inclusion in any application or filing made by Precept or Merger Sub to any Governmental Body in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
INFORMATION FOR FILINGS. Subject to the requirements of Section 4.3(b) herein, each Stockholder shall furnish Buyer with all information concerning the Stockholder and the Company shall furnish Buyer with all information concerning Company, as may be required for inclusion in any application or filing made by Buyer to any Governmental Entity in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
