Information Safeguards Business Associate will develop, document, implement, maintain and use appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards to preserve the integrity and confidentiality of and to prevent non-permitted use or disclosure of PHI created for or received from Recipient or its Subsidiaries. These safeguards must be appropriate to the size and complexity of Business Associate’s operations and the nature and scope of its activities. Identifying Information and Privacy NOTIFICATION (a) Identification Number(s). Every invoice or New York State Claim for Payment submitted to a New York State agency by a payee, for payment for the sale of goods or services or for transactions (e.g., leases, easements, licenses, etc.) related to real or personal property must include the payee's identification number. The number is any or all of the following: (i) the payee’s Federal employer identification number, (ii) the payee’s Federal social security number, and/or (iii) the payee’s Vendor Identification Number assigned by the Statewide Financial System. Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment.

It is understood and agreed that the information contained therein is descriptive only and may be changed in the discretion of ACG which reserves the right to make Program changes at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. ACG and/or the Sponsor shall not be liable to the Student because of any such change. ACG reserves all rights, in its sole discre tion, to cancel the Program or any aspect thereof prior to or after departure, and in the case of cancellation after departure, to require the Student to return to the United States, if ACG determines or believes it is in the best interests of the Student.
