Information Meetings. TWU Local 250-A shall respond within twenty-one (21) days from the date of receipt of the above information with a request to meet. The SFMTA agrees to discuss and attempt to resolve issues relating to: 93. a. possible alternatives to subcontracting; 94. b. questions regarding current and intended levels of service; 95. c. questions regarding the Controller's certification pursuant to SFMTA Charter Section 10.104, subsection 15; 96. d. questions relating to possible excessive overhead in the SFMTA's administrative- supervisory/worker ratio; 97. e. questions relating to the effect on individual worker productivity by providing labor saving devices; and 98. f. questions regarding services supplied by the SFMTA to the Contractor.
