- Information on Consumers. The Union shall neither seek nor receive information from the Public Authority regarding the name, address, phone number, or any other personal information regarding consumers. Union representatives and Independent Providers shall maintain strict standards of confidentiality regarding consumers and shall not disclose personal information pertaining to consumers obtained from any source unless the disclosure is compelled by the legal process or otherwise required by law.
