Common use of Information Processing and Reporting Clause in Contracts

Information Processing and Reporting. The Bank offers a number of Services that require the Bank to receive, process, and report information involving Customer’s accounts and transactions. The Bank will not be responsible for determining the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any information that Customer or others provide to the Bank. The Bank will not have a duty to interpret the content of any data transmitted to the Bank, except to the limited extent set forth in this Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Bank will not be required (by means of any security procedure or otherwise) to detect errors in the transmission or content of any information the Bank receives from Customer, any Users, or third parties.
